Along with the evolution, there was also the need for rapid alignment with the more and more rigorous rules, imposed by European standards, regarding the manufacture of the medicine.
A young team of specialists in the field of health and in adjacent fields was formed, whose development was supported through specialization courses, initially, at the national level (organized by the National Medicines Agency and by relevant institutions in Romania – the faculties of pharmacy from Bucharest, Iasi and Cluj-Napoca) and later, abroad (European Compliance Academy, European Medicine Agency). The acquired certifications and diplomas stand behind the main aspect, namely the accumulation of theoretical and practical knowledge of the team of specialists.
Invested and continues to invest in young people, specialists, to dedicate themselves to this particularly restrictive activity, but also with the perspective of a high specialization. In this way, on the basis of specialization through advanced courses, they have accumulated theoretical knowledge in the field of pharmaceutical practice, which they apply in the production of medicines
