ATLETIS gel is used:
• before exercise to prepare the muscles, mobilize the joints and ligaments, thus reducing the risk of exercise injuries
- after exertion – decontracting massage, muscle relaxant, soothes muscle and joint pain caused by overuse
- It stimulates skin microcirculation, reduces the intensity and duration of muscle fever and helps heal micro-injuries in overworked muscles. Used constantly, it reduces the length of rest needed between workouts.
